So what's it all about??
You have been learning about how to generate historical questions in class. Now is your chance to showcase your historical questioning skills.
Are you ready?
Your task:
- Look at the image below. It is a skeleton found in Australia. It is very old. This is known as a fossil. Your job is to be an historian and work out the significance of this discovery.
- You must write at least FOUR historical questions.
- Look below to help you put your questions into categories. You can click on the image to make it bigger and easier to see.
- Open up the powerpoint template (you can do that by clicking here) and write your questions into each slide.
- Use the Research Links on the right hand side of this webquest to help you to answer the questions.
- Type your answers into the powerpoint.
- Write an essay using your answers about Mungo Man. This is typed on a word document and submitted with your powerpoint (on the very last slide).
- OK, so you've finished the powerpoint and essay. Well done! NOW, you need to save it and email it to your teacher. MAKE SURE YOU SAVE IT WITH YOUR NAME.
